New End NW3 flat with balcony

We had a prospective client pop into the office the other day looking for advice on his next buy to let investment. We went on line to see what was available and picked out this top floor flat in New End, a quiet turning just a short walk from the Village. This one bedroom flat was ideal with its own large terrace and available in season and thought it would be worth putting out there, as other landlords may well be interested.

Its a typical Hampstead village conversion with plenty of period charm and in good all round condition. On the market with our neighbours Anscome and Ringland with an asking price of £550,000, which compared to an average rental of £2385 per calender month gives a 5.2% yield. The details are just below.

I'm normally in the office, so if you would like to come in and discuss your buy-to-let options, feel free to pop in. My office is on Heath Street, just a couple of minutes from Hampstead Tube.
