Looking at how the local market is taking shape,I would suggest that rents in the NW3 area will increase on average by 4.5% throughout 2015.This trend is no doubt increasing the cost of housing for individuals,though on the flip side,it's opened up the market creating a strong demand for larger 2,3 and 4 bedroom properties.This type of property attracts sharers and families (these two groups make up around 50% of the market) and brings down the average spend per person, thus addressing the issue of affordability.

Maitland Park Villas property market outperforms the West Heath Road area property market by 93%

Following a discussion with a local landlord who lives in the West Heath Road area of Hampstead, we got chatting about his two buy to let properties in Hampstead. He wanted some advice

Having a little browse through the local market this morning i came across this 1st floor two bedroom flat just a few minutes walk to Primrose Hill Park. It's in pretty decent condition throughout and with the exception of the gold bathroom accessories, little needs to be done cosmetically in preparation for the rental market.

There are two generous bedrooms, separate well equipped kitchen and good size living room with space for dining.The location is great with the local shops on England's Lane just across the road, three local tube stations and the open spaces of Primrose Hill Park. 2 bedroom flats are a good bet for investment as there is always call for them, no matter what is happening in the local market.
