This one bedroom flat in a small block on Finchley Road caught my eye and thought it would be good to put it out there. This flat is in very good all round condition and ready for immediate long term letting. What i like about this one is that it offers a bit of everything in terms of out side space and comes with a garage. My only criticism of it is that the bedroom is on the small side.




The location is pretty handy being within 10 minutes of the transport at Finchley Road or the tube and mainline station at West Hampstead. Comparable flats have rented for £1600 per calendar month, based on the asking price that will give you 4.5% net yield in the first year. Secure allocated parking is like gold dust in this area, the garage could be rented out privately for £30 per week, giving you an extra £1560 per year.
