Ive not seen the condition inside and it needs a lease extension as there is only 66 years remaining, so there's a few quid waiting to be spent here. A really good example of such a flat will rent for £1520 per calandar month and its re sale value once all sorted out will be around £500k. If its to be a hold or a disposal all depends on the numbers and the outlay for lease extension and renovations.
