1 bedroom flat for Investment - College House , Finchley Road NW3

Its back to Finchley Road again and this time we are in a block called College House above the shops at the Swiss Cottage side. The flat is of a decent size and has a small terrace, in the heart of area being just a couple of hundred meters from the tube at Swiss Cottage.




Ive not seen the condition inside and it needs a lease extension as there is only 66 years remaining, so there's a few quid waiting to be spent here. Lets assume it could do with a bit of cheering up inside and, of course, the lease extension which i don't know the cost of, so worth finding out. The asking price is £400k, though you wont get a mortgage on it due to the 66 years left on the lease. Well worth checking out as the owner might be up for doing a deal once these added costs are factored in.

A really good example of such a flat will rent for £1520 per calandar month and its re sale value once all sorted out will be around £500k. If its to be a hold or a disposal all depends on the numbers and the outlay for lease extension and renovations.
