This self contained studio has come up that is about half a mile away from the tube and shops of West Hampstead. Its located on the 3rd floor and has a small balcony. 

Looking at the images, it seems to be in decent condition with little preparation required for the rentals market.There are wood floors, a separate kitchen and plenty of storage. In terms of overall size , its above average coming in at just over 325 square feet, good news as this will also appeal to a couple who may have a lower budget broadening the target audience. 



Interestingly,this flat also comes with a garage located behind the block. Although the convenience of the location is likely to attract someone who will use public transport, there is a high demand for these,especially in this part of town, so there is another income stream. I'm no expert in garages, though i would hazard a guess of at least £20 per week. The flat itself will rent for £1100 per calendar month and if we add the income from the garage (another £1040-minimum), it will give you a net yield of 3.65%, plus the flat has a long lease.
