With my eyes peeled and ears pinned to the ground to see what little property treats are out there, i will share a few with you this week. To start with, this one bedroom on Rosslyn Hill caught my eye. Apart from its great location,
 its also a duplex with a bright, airy living room and open plan kitchen, giving the flat a contemporary look and feel. 

Comparable flats in this location will rent for £450 to £475 per week or £1950 to £2058 per calender month. On that basis, you can expect a gross annual yield of between 5.4% to 5.8% ,in my opinion is very good for Hampstead. Tenants will be keen to get a foot in the door, as this is the type of flat that the local market could always have more of. 

This will sell and  let no time at all, so time is of the essence. The selling agent is Stirling Ackroyd, on the market for £450,000, if you like what you see, i would get my viewing  appointment booked!
