Buy to let investment - Crayford House - Lawn Road NW3

We've had quite a cit of activity in this block over the past few weeks and this two bedroom flat in need of modernisation is my pick for today. Located on the 11th floor, thus 2 bedroom flat has a balcony leading from the reception room with south westerly views across London , 2 good size bedrooms and kitchen/breakfast room to boot.

Having looked around, there's no doubt it could do with a bit of cheering up and if you can part with about £20k or so and you've got about 6 weeks to allocate on the renovation, you've got yourself a slice of NW3 with nice views, exciting thought that. Located just a short walk away from The Heath,

So, let talk business, this flat will achieve around £1870 per calender month, that will give you a net yield of 4.1% in the first year. Year 2 will be better, subject to market conditions of course, though the burden of stamp duty and solicitors fees are out of the equation. I'd get that viewing booked and that offer put forward sharpish- its the North London market, if you're not fast - you're  last!
