Brand new flat in College House- Finchley Road NW3 with a 6% annual yield

Over recent months I've been keeping my eye on the progress of this new development just yards from Swiss Cottage tube. Now that its completed, I was curious to see what's on offer here as the location is a hot bed for lettings.

Foxtons, just a few doors down have this one bedroom for sale and its got a large private terrace. This is just the tonic, as we enter the spring, a flat with out side space is in typically high demand, so i thought it would be a good one to put out to landlords.This flat is a good all-rounder; for location, modern interior and that terrace, it's box ready. The rent will be £1734 per calender month and that will give you an annual yield of 6% which is great for this area. 

Flats like this sell like hot cakes, so if you like the look of it,I would get an appointment for a look around and be first in the queue.

  1. We had the good fortune to stay in this amazing flat for a month two years ago and dream of the day we can own one like it. The landlady was such a sweetie and we have never forgotten her or the time we spent there.
