Great investment opportunity - Maitland Park Road NW3

Good morning, a client of mine who lives just round the corner form the office called in earlier on.We had an interesting chat about the local market in general and how sales are fairing up against lettings. With demand for lettings growing, I see rental values in NW3 rising between 4-5% throughout 2015. With this in mind, there are some buy-to-let opportunities around that will no doubt benefit from the growth in rental values. 

We looked on Rightmove and I spotted this 1 bedroom on Maitland Park Road, a pocket of Belsize Park that is rising in popularity. It's in pretty decent condition and will achieve a rent of £1,344 per calendar month giving you a 5.2% annual return. On sale with our friends at Oliver's on Pond Street for £310,000.
